Ingredients
100gm suji
1 cup hung curd
1tbsp beans, chopped
1tbsp carrots, grated
1tbsp methi, if needed
Oil for greasing
Method
1)Mix suji and curd. Addchopped vegetables toit.
2Grease idli stand with oil and pour the mixture.
3)Steam for 7 to 10 minutes at HIGH power. Serve with pudina or coconut chutney.
