Dal Salad

To serve:4

Ingredients

           200gm sprouted lentils(whole green gram); 200gm broccoli florets, chopped; 1 large tomato, chopped; 1 capsicum, chopped; 1 large onion, chopped; 50gm almonds; 2tbsp lime juice; 1tsp freshly grated ginger; salt and blak pepper to taste.

 

 

Method

          1)Arrange broccoli florets, diced pepper and sprouts in a casserole.

          2)After adding the seasonings, cover it and microwave on HIGH power  for 4 minutes . Keep aside to cool.

          3)When cool, add chopped onion, tomatoes, grated ginger and almonds and stir it.

          4)Mix together and pour lime juice over the salad and serve at once to taste crisp.Dal  Salad
